DIGITAL PRODUCTS LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. Overview & Acceptance of License
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from Hampton Law Firm, LLC
(“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to this Digital Products License Agreement (“License
Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our digital downloads, templates,
forms, guides, or checklists.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Purchasing or downloading a digital product does not create an attorney-client relationship.
These products are educational tools only.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
All digital products are the exclusive property of Hampton Law Firm, LLC and protected by
copyright.
4. License Type: Single-Use, Non-Transferable
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, single-use license.
5. Permitted Uses
You may download, save, fill in, customize, and print the product for your own single use.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not sell, share, redistribute, upload publicly, or remove copyright notices.
7. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds on downloadable items.
8. No Warranty
Products are provided “as-is” without warranties.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of the product.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Louisiana law and disputes must be resolved in Union
Parish.
11. Modification of Terms
We may update this License Agreement at any time.
