BOOK A CONSULTATION

Real life. Real law. Real preparation.

Legal problems can feel overwhelming, but taking the first step should not. Schedule a consultation with Hampton Law Firm to discuss your situation, ask questions, and learn what options may be available.

Consultations are available in person at our Farmerville office, by telephone, or by Zoom.

Speak with Judith by telephone from a location that is convenient for you. Please provide the best telephone number for your appointment when scheduling.

Meet with Judith through a private Zoom video appointment. We will send your zoom link prior to your consultation time.

Please provide accurate contact information and a brief, general description of the legal matter. Do not include highly confidential or sensitive details in the scheduling form.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES
Scheduling a consultation does not extend or pause any court date, filing deadline, prescription period, appeal period, closing date, eviction date, tax-sale deadline, or other legal deadline.

Before Hampton Law Firm can discuss certain details or agree to represent you, the firm may need the full names of the people, businesses, organizations, or other parties involved.

Providing this information does not mean that Hampton Law Firm has accepted your matter. If a conflict or other issue prevents the firm from meeting with or representing you, the appointment may need to be canceled.

CONSULTATION FEES

Any required consultation fee will be shown during scheduling or communicated to you before the appointment.
A consultation fee pays for the attorney’s time during the scheduled consultation. It does not include ongoing legal representation, document preparation, court appearances, filing fees, recording costs, title work, or other legal services unless expressly stated.

If Hampton Law Firm agrees to provide additional services, the scope of those services and the applicable fees will be explained separately.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact the office as soon as possible.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to the cancellation or no-show terms disclosed during scheduling.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DOES BOOKING A CONSULTATION MEAN HAMPTON LAW FIRM REPRESENTS ME?

No. Scheduling or paying for a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not guarantee that Hampton Law Firm will accept your matter.

Representation begins only after any required conflict review, Hampton Law Firm’s agreement to accept the matter, and the signing of an applicable written representation agreement.

CAN I SEND DOCUMENTS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

If the intake or confirmation process provides a secure document-upload option, you may submit the requested documents there.

Please do not send original documents. Do not send highly sensitive information through ordinary email, text message, social media, or a general website form unless Hampton Law Firm instructs you to do so.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SURE WHICH APPOINTMENT TO CHOOSE?

Call or text Hampton Law Firm at 318-368-7444, and our office will help direct you to the most appropriate available option.

WHAT IF I NEED IMMEDIATE HELP?

Online scheduling is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in custody or facing an urgent court deadline, contact the appropriate emergency resource and call our office directly.
